A few good questions.
Memberships, payments, attendance and getting started.

join us.
Is this only for sports clubs?
No. Trino.Tech is built for sports, activity and community organisations. Badminton is where we started, and a yoga studio and a karate club also use the product. If your group meets regularly and needs to manage members, attendance and shared costs, tell us about it.
Do we need to own a venue?
No. Our own club rents a school badminton court. Availability polls and minimum-player checks support that kind of session planning. Trino.Tech does not claim to book the venue automatically.
What does the member wallet do?
It shows a member’s recorded club credit. Members transfer funds to the club’s bank account using the requested identifier; supported transaction matching credits the balance. Attending a paid session deducts its fee.
How does external membership work?
Our badminton setup links club eligibility to a valid Badminton Ireland membership. Players complete the required registration and insurance process externally. This is a club-specific eligibility rule, not a claim of official endorsement or a universal federation integration.
How does the free trial work?
Trino.Tech is a live product used by three customer organisations. New customers can request a free trial. Trial duration, scope and ongoing pricing are agreed before access begins.
How do you approach member privacy?
Our goal is to minimise the information needed to run a group. Account identifiers, attendance and payment references may still be personal data when linked to a person. The precise data handling, retention and responsibilities need to be documented for each rollout. This page does not claim independent GDPR certification.
